It is my job to format the posts for SONSHINE and Joian didn't want me to post this right away since I posted a new one earlier today. I thought otherwise. What's wrong with a "twofor." I must tell you, Joian, has been such a strength to my life these last two years. We met for a day in Coronado, Cal. two years from this July. Next week we will get together for the second time as she visits me in Jackson Hole. Please pray for me as she gets me out of the house and away from the four block area I confine myself too. We're going touring and there are some awfully big animals lurking out there and Joian says she wants to see them all. LOL

We serve such a mighty, all knowing, all seeing God. One who will eventually cast all remembrance of our shortcomings and failures into a place where we cannot pull them up or remember them ever, again. Two years ago I was certainly not through with shame and regret. It's a place where I had taken up residence, spending my time going over every possibility of how I got where I was and what I should have done. That's where I was stuck when I met Jack.
A month after meeting him, I had a vision. I saw him standing in front of me with what looked like a broken cord protruding from his chest…..As I looked at him in the vision, the Lord told me to take hold of the cord. I hesitated asking, why what does it mean? The Lord spoke again more urgently this time and said, do it Joian. I did, and then waited for an answer to my question. A peace flooded my heart and I realized that was the only answer I was going to get. It took me almost a year before I could tell Jack what I saw that night. But I knew it was significant and neither of us have had the Lord interpret it for us. Instead it seems we are living it out. Three or four months ago Jack said I think I'll sign my posts with both our names when I'm on these forums. I said, Oh no you don't............I'm not gonna have them looking for me when they can't find you..........and we laughed. Yet, today we both sign our posts freely using each others name.
Jack encouraged me to write on SONSHINE. I felt I had nothing to say. He insisted that I do and even said he wouldn't start Sonshine unless I wrote too. So I started with a testimony and he praised what I wrote. He allowed me to share whatever was on my heart and it kind of grew on me and at times vexed him, but he would keep it to himself and just pray......lol Now two years later, God has put people in our lives from all over the world. Sometimes we look at the map on the counter that is attached to our blog and just thrill to think God is giving us a voice and a place to share our overflowing love of him. We are so honored and humbled to think we could be used again.
Last year I was joking with Jack and said, “Dang, Jack you are like a battering-ram on these forums. To which he replied, if I’m a battering-ram then you’re a battle-axe”…….God how we laughed………and I said, well okay, as long as I’m not an old battle axe……and so we have passed the days sharing our lives with each other in soberness and laughter.
This week after months of debate on Christian-New Age Forums we were dismayed and often grieved over the depth of deception and dishonor to our Lord. Last week, Jack said he was posting his last post and left the site he had been on for a couple of months. Two days later he sent me the most remarkable comment which had been left on the Sonshine blog. It was from a dear sister who had been following Jack’s posts on Sigler’s site, this same Christian new age forum he had been posting on. I considered what she wrote to be prophetic not just to us but to so many who are being called out. Jack looked up the scriptures she referenced and sent them to me with comments as I had several questions regarding her post. Below is the actual post and I will let it speak for itself……..the green is Jack’s input. We are encouraged that the Lord would send this word to us and blessed to meet with yet another precious life hidden in him.
Love,
Joian
My brother Jack,
I am hopeful that Holy Spirit will allow this message to be received
by you b/c I have written a few times and my responses have not been published...(I think I might have a glitch on my computer or it is DIVINE and it was not allowed for His purposes. but either way we all know there are NO ACCIDENTS in the KINGDOM. Hallelujah!)
I am not replying to your blog post...although as always I loved it...instead I am here to SPEAK Father's HEART to you for your edification.
I am led to do this publicly for ALL to see and not privately for those that are HIDDEN get to share in all things HOLY.
Many over at Sigler's site do not recognize you at ALL, they do not know WHO YOU ARE IN THE KINGDOM...but there are others that DO...and I count myself as one of them.
What does the Spirit of Elijah look like? The Spirit of the Lord that rested on John the Baptist too...that came as the Spirit of Elijah....those that have a HEART for the children, those that are ZEALOUS for RESTORATION...this is what it looks like.....for I see HIM in YOU.
The very word RESTORE is rooted in the words " TO CONFRONT"....only that which cannot be shaken will remain...and you my brother are HIS SHAKING INSTRUMENT that he uses to LEVEL all that can be shaken...so that HE CAN BUILD on HIMSELF...the SOLID ROCK.
He is PLEASED with you my beloved BROTHER...JOB WELL DONE.
I noticed the last post of yours on the "counter meter" at Sigler's site
was the number 144...how PROPHETIC, for those that have eyes to see. The Lord was revealing what HIS TRUE 144,000 look and sound like on a site that DELIGHTS in making themselves famous of BEING in that select and HOLY REMNANT.......you have followed Father’s TIMING...for your time is TRULY DONE on that site. THE DUST IS NOW SHAKEN FROM OFF YOUR FEET. I too shake the FOUL DUST FROM OFF OF MY FEET.
All GLORY to you Father, for truly you have done a WONDEROUS, MARVELOUS, HOLY thing. You are that HOLY THING my brother, the very offspring of the ALMIGHTY, the ALMIGHTY ONE, the EVER CONSUMING FIRE OF GOD...and yet those that are ONE IN THE FIRE only hear the GENTLE WHISPER that comes through you...yet for others they feel the HEAT, they smell the smoke, they hear the crackling of FLESH...they are those that are of DEATH and only hear the ROAR of the fire. For truly there is a GREAT DISTINCTION, between ROAR and WHISPER.
You brought the Lord so much Glory as you ministered HIS TRUTH to those WANDERING STARS over at Sigler's site.
Wandering Stars:
Planets in the ANE were called "Wandering stars." Jude 13 says, "They (false teachers) are wild waves of the sea, foaming up their shame; wandering stars, for whom blackest darkness has been reserved forever" (NIV). The Greek is asteres planhtai meaning "wandering stars." According to modern science planets are not stars. Planets just reflect the light from the sun.
He continued to REACH OUT through you to GIVE ONE LAST WARNING and FINAL SHOUT to all those that will be SHUT OUT of NEW JERUSALEM for the 1,000 years. Oh yes, just as SHEMEI was allowed to come in to Jerusalem and DWELL there for a period of time...it was FINALLY seen that HIS HEART and HIS SERVANTS felt more comfortable in Achish's Kingdom. For Achish means "I will blacken, I will terrify..ONLY A MAN".
The servants went to the city of GATH in Achish's Kingdom...
Gath means 'winepress' and was the city of GOLIATH...for those that have not had their HEADS SEALED by the HOLY ANGELS OF YAHWEH are now entering into the WINEPRESS of FATHER....and GREAT WILL BE THEIR FALL.
38 scriptures in OT mentioning Shimei.
Gat or Gath (Hebrew: גת, Winepress) was a common place name in ancient Israel and the surrounding regions. Various cities are mentioned in the Bible with such names as Gath of the Philistines, Gath-Gittaim, and Gath Carmel, and other sites with similar names appear in various ancient sources, including the Amarna letters. A Gittite is a person from Gath.
'Gath of the Philistines' was one of the five Philistine city-states, established in northwestern Philistia. According to the Bible, the king of the city was Achish, in the times of both David and Solomon. It is not certain whether this refers to two kings of this name or not. Gath was also the home city of Goliath, as well as of Itai and his 600 soldiers who aided David in his exile from Absalom. David, while running from Saul, escaped to Gath, and served under its king Achish. During Solomon's reign, Shemei goes to Gath to return his escaped slave (IKings 2). In II Kings 12:18, the city of Gath is mentioned as being captured by Hazael of Aram Damascus. Recent excavations at the site have produced dramatic evidence of a siege and subsequent destruction of the site in the late 9th century BC, most probably related to this event.
1 Kings 2
1Now the days of David drew nigh that he should die; and he charged Solomon his son, saying,
2I go the way of all the earth: be thou strong therefore, and shew thyself a man;
3And keep the charge of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, that thou mayest prosper in all that thou doest, and whithersoever thou turnest thyself:
4That the LORD may continue his word which he spake concerning me, saying, If thy children take heed to their way, to walk before me in truth with all their heart and with all their soul, there shall not fail thee (said he) a man on the throne of Israel.
5Moreover thou knowest also what Joab the son of Zeruiah did to me, and what he did to the two captains of the hosts of Israel, unto Abner the son of Ner, and unto Amasa the son of Jether, whom he slew, and shed the blood of war in peace, and put the blood of war upon his girdle that was about his loins, and in his shoes that were on his feet.
6Do therefore according to thy wisdom, and let not his hoar head go down to the grave in peace.
7But shew kindness unto the sons of Barzillai the Gileadite, and let them be of those that eat at thy table: for so they came to me when I fled because of Absalom thy brother.
8And, behold, thou hast with thee Shimei the son of Gera, a Benjamite of Bahurim, which cursed me with a grievous curse in the day when I went to Mahanaim: but he came down to meet me at Jordan, and I sware to him by the LORD, saying, I will not put thee to death with the sword.
9Now therefore hold him not guiltless: for thou art a wise man, and knowest what thou oughtest to do unto him; but his hoar head bring thou down to the grave with blood.
10So David slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David.
11And the days that David reigned over Israel were forty years: seven years reigned he in Hebron, and thirty and three years reigned he in Jerusalem.
12Then sat Solomon upon the throne of David his father; and his kingdom was established greatly.
13And Adonijah the son of Haggith came to Bathsheba the mother of Solomon. And she said, Comest thou peaceably? And he said, Peaceably.
14He said moreover, I have somewhat to say unto thee. And she said, Say on.
15And he said, Thou knowest that the kingdom was mine, and that all Israel set their faces on me, that I should reign: howbeit the kingdom is turned about, and is become my brother's: for it was his from the LORD.
16And now I ask one petition of thee, deny me not. And she said unto him, Say on.
17And he said, Speak, I pray thee, unto Solomon the king, (for he will not say thee nay,) that he give me Abishag the Shunammite to wife.
18And Bathsheba said, Well; I will speak for thee unto the king.
19Bathsheba therefore went unto king Solomon, to speak unto him for Adonijah. And the king rose up to meet her, and bowed himself unto her, and sat down on his throne, and caused a seat to be set for the king's mother; and she sat on his right hand.
20Then she said, I desire one small petition of thee; I pray thee, say me not nay. And the king said unto her, Ask on, my mother: for I will not say thee nay.
21And she said, Let Abishag the Shunammite be given to Adonijah thy brother to wife.
22And king Solomon answered and said unto his mother, And why dost thou ask Abishag the Shunammite for Adonijah? ask for him the kingdom also; for he is mine elder brother; even for him, and for Abiathar the priest, and for Joab the son of Zeruiah.
23Then king Solomon sware by the LORD, saying, God do so to me, and more also, if Adonijah have not spoken this word against his own life.
24Now therefore, as the LORD liveth, which hath established me, and set me on the throne of David my father, and who hath made me an house, as he promised, Adonijah shall be put to death this day.
25And king Solomon sent by the hand of Benaiah the son of Jehoiada; and he fell upon him that he died.
26And unto Abiathar the priest said the king, Get thee to Anathoth, unto thine own fields; for thou art worthy of death: but I will not at this time put thee to death, because thou barest the ark of the LORD God before David my father, and because thou hast been afflicted in all wherein my father was afflicted.
27So Solomon thrust out Abiathar from being priest unto the LORD; that he might fulfil the word of the LORD, which he spake concerning the house of Eli in Shiloh.
28Then tidings came to Joab: for Joab had turned after Adonijah, though he turned not after Absalom. And Joab fled unto the tabernacle of the LORD, and caught hold on the horns of the altar.
29And it was told king Solomon that Joab was fled unto the tabernacle of the LORD; and, behold, he is by the altar. Then Solomon sent Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, saying, Go, fall upon him.
30And Benaiah came to the tabernacle of the LORD, and said unto him, Thus saith the king, Come forth. And he said, Nay; but I will die here. And Benaiah brought the king word again, saying, Thus said Joab, and thus he answered me.
31And the king said unto him, Do as he hath said, and fall upon him, and bury him; that thou mayest take away the innocent blood, which Joab shed, from me, and from the house of my father.
32And the LORD shall return his blood upon his own head, who fell upon two men more righteous and better than he, and slew them with the sword, my father David not knowing thereof, to wit, Abner the son of Ner, captain of the host of Israel, and Amasa the son of Jether, captain of the host of Judah.
33Their blood shall therefore return upon the head of Joab, and upon the head of his seed for ever: but upon David, and upon his seed, and upon his house, and upon his throne, shall there be peace for ever from the LORD.
34So Benaiah the son of Jehoiada went up, and fell upon him, and slew him: and he was buried in his own house in the wilderness.
35And the king put Benaiah the son of Jehoiada in his room over the host: and Zadok the priest did the king put in the room of Abiathar.
36And the king sent and called for Shimei, and said unto him, Build thee an house in Jerusalem, and dwell there, and go not forth thence any whither.
37For it shall be, that on the day thou goest out, and passest over the brook Kidron, thou shalt know for certain that thou shalt surely die: thy blood shall be upon thine own head.
38And Shimei said unto the king, The saying is good: as my lord the king hath said, so will thy servant do. And Shimei dwelt in Jerusalem many days.
39And it came to pass at the end of three years, that two of the servants of Shimei ran away unto Achish son of Maachah king of Gath. And they told Shimei, saying, Behold, thy servants be in Gath.
40And Shimei arose, and saddled his ass, and went to Gath to Achish to seek his servants: and Shimei went, and brought his servants from Gath.
41And it was told Solomon that Shimei had gone from Jerusalem to Gath, and was come again.
42And the king sent and called for Shimei, and said unto him, Did I not make thee to swear by the LORD, and protested unto thee, saying, Know for a certain, on the day thou goest out, and walkest abroad any whither, that thou shalt surely die? and thou saidst unto me, The word that I have heard is good.
43Why then hast thou not kept the oath of the LORD, and the commandment that I have charged thee with?
44The king said moreover to Shimei, Thou knowest all the wickedness which thine heart is privy to, that thou didst to David my father: therefore the LORD shall return thy wickedness upon thine own head;
45And king Solomon shall be blessed, and the throne of David shall be established before the LORD for ever.
46So the king commanded Benaiah the son of Jehoiada; which went out, and fell upon him, that he died. And the kingdom was established in the hand of Solomon.
Translation:
Gerar/dwelling place, the root is to BE DRAGGED AWAY...
In the OT, "Gera" is an alternate spelling of Gerah
I believe Gerah was where Tamar was hidden.
In 2 Samuel 13, Amnon, King David's eldest son and heir to the throne, rapes his beautiful half-sister Tamar. Tamar's brother, Absalom, learns of the incident, and offers Tamar sanctuary in his house. Two years later, Absalom orders his servants to murder his half-brother Amnon.
Gerar was an ancient town in the Negev, in the south of the land of Israel, roughly half-way between Beersheba and Gaza (see Bible Places). In the time of Abraham, it was ruled by a Philistine king named Abimelech. Both Abraham and Isaac (who was born in the area) made a treaty with the king of Gerar, after separate incidents in which both claimed that their wives were their sisters, in order to keep from bring killed.
In earliest times, Gerar was within the territory of the Canaanites:
"Afterward the families of the Canaanites spread abroad. And the territory of the Canaanites extended from Sidon, in the direction of Gerar, as far as Gaza, and in the direction of Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim, as far as Lasha." (Genesis 10:18-19 RSV)
To keep from being killed, Abraham told the king of Gerar that Sarah was his sister (which, technically, she actually was):
"From there Abraham journeyed toward the territory of the Negeb, and dwelt between Kadesh and Shur; and he sojourned in Gerar. And Abraham said of Sarah his wife, "She is my sister." And Abimelech king of Gerar sent and took Sarah. But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night, and said to him, "Behold, you are a dead man, because of the woman whom you have taken; for she is a man's wife ... Abraham said, "I did it because I thought, There is no fear of God at all in this place, and they will kill me because of my wife. Besides she is indeed my sister, the daughter of my father but not the daughter of my mother; and she became my wife." (Genesis 20:1-3,11-12)
Later, Isaac used the same survival tactic:
"Now there was a famine in the land, besides the former famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went to Gerar, to Abimelech king of the Philistines ... When the men of the place asked him about his wife, he said, "She is my sister"; for he feared to say, "My wife," thinking, "lest the men of the place should kill me for the sake of Rebekah"; because she was fair to look upon." (Genesis 26:1,7)
I hear the Lord sharing to all those that are of NEW JERUSALEM that it is TIME of the fulfilling of 1 KINGS 2:44...
New Jerusalem is Jesus and the overcomers/sons
The Shemei's (those who prize themselves of RENOWN..of CELEBRATING THEMSELVES as THE CHRIST)they are those of GERAR of the HOUSE OF SAUL of the TRIBE OF BENJAMIN.Genesis 46:21 The sons of Benjamin: Bela, Becher, Ashbel, Gera, Naaman, Ehi, Rosh, Muppim, Huppim, and Ard.
Judges 3:15 But when the children of Israel cried to Yahweh, Yahweh raised them up a savior, Ehud the son of Gera, the Benjamite, a man left-handed. The children of Israel sent tribute by him to Eglon the king of Moab.
2 Samuel 16:5 When King David came to Bahurim, behold, a man of the family of the house of Saul came out, whose name was Shimei, the son of Gera. He came out, and cursed still as he came.
2 Samuel 19:16 Shimei the son of Gera, the Benjamite, who was of Bahurim, hurried and came down with the men of Judah to meet king David.
2 Samuel 19:18 A ferry boat went to bring over the king's household, and to do what he thought good. Shimei the son of Gera fell down before the king, when he was come over the Jordan.
1 Kings 2:8 "Behold, there is with you Shimei the son of Gera, the Benjamite, of Bahurim, who cursed me with a grievous curse in the day when I went to Mahanaim; but he came down to meet me at the Jordan, and I swore to him by Yahweh, saying,'I will not put you to death with the sword.'
